Distant Reiki Session

Your distant reiki session will be 60 minutes. Together, we will schedule a date and time for the session to take place. Arranging a time allows you to be in a receptive state, and get the most out of our time together. 

The key to a full experience is to devote this time just for you. Choose a quiet, peaceful place in your house for you to be, and to clear your calendar for a couple of hours to allow yourself time to relax and be wholly present.

What's included in your session? A detailed email covering what to expect and how to prepare before we meet. This gives you the opportunity to ask any questions and share any information before we meet. Your one-hour session will include a short breathing meditation followed by your Reiki treatment. Following your session, at a pre-determined time, we will have a follow-up phone call to share feedback. A copy of your reiki session notes will be sent to you for your reflection.
